Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job. I had my existing loft hatch extended and a new wooden ladder fitted with a safety handle. A raised boarding system was installed to ensure proper air circulation in the loft, and not to affect the new build warranty. The insulation was topped up, two LED lights installed, an extra hand rail and some shelving fitted giving me loads of storage space. From the initial survey through to the installation, everything was done professionally and they were extremely clean and tidy too. First class job!
