When Spencearrived to do the work he was on time, very polite, friendly and altogether a very nice person.He did a great job fitting the loft hatch and even put right the faults caused by the previous installer, such as making good areas that needed some paint re-applying. From the first time we met Pete to get a quote, he was friendly, professional and veryknowledgable. The quote he gave was much more reasonable than a previous one we had. Onthe day of the install, he arrived on time and got to work straight away, including laying dustsheets to protect the carpet. He got the work done quickly and to a great standard. Once thework was complete he showed me what he had done to make sure I was happy with it. Woulddefinitely use Pete again if we needed more of the loft boarded. Would highly recommend.

I was extremely happy with the service and communication received from Michael (and John who carried out my work). From arranging the initial appointment to discuss my needs, to the work being carried out, everything ran to plan. Michael offered me a few different options on what could be achieved for my space regarding flooring and shelving etc and was also able todismantle an old water tank that was taking up valuable space in the loft. On the day of thework being carried out John arrived on time; laid dust sheets and just worked away. At the end of the day everything was left clean and tidy.I was amazed how much bigger the loft looked and how much space it gave me. Explained everything, gave us options of what was and wasn’t needed.Once we agreed to the quote he came out and showed us how the ladder would be installedand look.The job itself took two days. On both Michael and his colleague were incredibly courteous and took care not to damage anything in the property.
