At Access4Lofts, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. We are so confident in our workmanship and the products we use, that we are delighted to offer you this lifetime guarantee on the work and products installed by us in your property.
As a Which? Trusted Trader, we adhere to a strict code of conduct – as part of this, we must ensure any guarantee we offer is clearly explained to you and must highlight what is and isn’t covered.
This Guarantee
Does not affect your statutory rights
Includes all products installed and fixings (but excludes loft light batteries) unless you:
- Have deliberately or accidentally caused damage to the products installed above and beyond reasonable wear and tear
- Have failed to follow our advise with regards to the use of maintenance of the materials we supply
- Have made modifications to the installation we carried out in any way
Is in addition to the manufacturers guarantee you receive with any loft ladder we supply
Is covered by Access4Lofts but not backed specifically by an ‘insurance backed guarantee policy’
Is valid whilst you continue to live in your home and is not transferable
