The team booked a date that was convenient for us, the work was completed more quickly than we thought and the follow up has been great. Toby even popped in to show me how the ladder etc worked as I had not been around when he finished.

We are so pleased with the replacement of an existing hatch and ladder. The new ladder is much safer than the previous one. The insulation of the loft is very neat and the over boarding will be brilliant for sorting out our storage. Toby and Dave were very friendly and did a great job.

It started from the survey ( 1 ) I received a quote within a couple of days ( 2 ) I accepted the price and agreed on a date for the work to be completed (3 ) no other communication until the fitter turned up 5 minutes early on the agreed date . The fitter was polite and friendly and informed me how long the job would take . The job was completed to my total satisfaction . Anybody who is thinking of improving there loft access and ladder fitted could not find a better company . Thank you to the team .
