From start to finish, the entire team at Access 4 Loft Bath was exceptional. The service, right from the initial quote through to a few necessary adjustments, was handled with impressive quick response time and professionalism.

On installation day, the team of three skilled men arrived exactly on time in two clean vans. They took excellent care of my property, immediately laying down dust sheets to protect my new staircase runner and surrounding areas before getting started.

The installation itself was flawless. They did a truly great job installing my new loft boarding and insulation. They also professionally fitted a high-quality, easy-to-use ladder, two new LED lights with a dedicated switch, and the Air Tech foil liner. The transformation is incredible—the space looks significantly bigger now! We have more than enough secure storage for all our travel suitcases and those occasionally unwanted items.

The quality of the materials used, especially the ladder and boarding, is evident. The entire job, covering a 42 square foot area including the new insulation, was completed efficiently in around six hours. Before leaving, they ensured the area was tidy and neat, and they took the time to clearly demonstrate the safe operation of the new ladder.

Got these shuts in to board my 35sqm loft and install a ladder with a larger loft hatch. Arrived on time, clean, tidy, polite and did an amazing job in double quick time. No complaints at all and priced very competitively. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

What a professional outfit !

Arrived on time and we are delighted with the fitting of our loft ladder, hatch and loft boarding. The guys worked hard and it only took just over 3 hours to install. The guys even spent 15 to 20 minutes on a proper clean up.

Lights are already up and a suitable balustrade will be fitted in the next few days.
