We have lots more space in the loft now. The whole fitting was done quickly and the ladders are easy to use.

Also there was good and quick communication and they were able to get us booked in quickly.

From the beginning the guys came in and wasted no time in measuring up and giving me a quote with no technical jargon used. There was a brochure used for the different products available. Once I made my choice of the loft door and ladder I preferred i was given a quote and once a price was agreed a date agreed for the installation arranged.

On the date Ryan, the installer was early and had done the job, explained and demonstrated how to use the hatch door and ladder and was gone within a few hours. Brilliant service.

All very good, apart from the missing handrail to be supplied asap. The fitting works well and looks great, and the guys were friendly and helpful.

Thrilled to bits with the loft boarding, lights, hatch and ladder which was fit on the 17 April 25.

The wrong ladder was ordered for the job initially so a different one was ordered. The chap came back on Saturday 19 April, to fit that for us.

I wasn’t here for the initial work but my hubby who is a joiner and difficult to please, said the two lads that came were good lads and worked hard. He is happy with there work, so it must be good.

Just to be able to get in our loft easily to store things properly up there is brilliant. I have never seen our loft in 19 years of living here ha now I can get in it.

My only complaint is I nearly died when I went up in the loft with all the cobwebs, I told the chap who came today he should have cleaned them away for me, haha.

On a serious notes they have done what they said they were going to do, it’s tidy and easy to access and done to a high standard. I personally think it was very reasonably priced and the customer care was spot on.

A team of lads turned up nice and early introduced themselves, explained what they were going to be doing and got on with it.

A couple of hours in I made them a brew they said everything was going to plan.

A few hours later they had finished, one of the lads explained in detail how the loft ladders worked and made sure I understood correctly, he then showed me exactly what they had done.

I couldn’t be happier with the results and the professionalism of the lads who completed the work.
