From the initial enquiry to the job being finished, the operatives delivered a really friendly, efficient and effective service. I had lots of information prior to deciding which ladder suited my needs best. The fitters turned up exactly at the given time and carefully looked after my home throughout the process as well as being thorough in getting the work complete. Your team carried out boarding the loft space unobtrusively and professionally all within the stated time scale. The loft space was left clean and tidy and created a much welcome useable space. Both men were polite, well presented and hopefully enjoyed the occasional cups of tea provided.

Brilliant company, great service. Our loft fitters were David and Dan. They were both excellent.

The initial inspection/survey was easy to arrange and carried out quickly. A date was arranged and the day before we received a confirmation text to say the loft would be insulated with a top up, boarded and the hatch and ladder fitted the next day. The fitting team arrived on time and were ready to go as soon as they arrived. The team members were polite and very efficient and worked hard while they were here. When the job was completed they showed us the installation work and they explained how to access the new space and use the loft hatch and ladder. They were very tidy and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The whole job only took half a day – including removing the old water tank in the loft – (I still can’t believe that they did it so quickly!) and they did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased. Lads came on time both very professional and polite got the job done in half a day and cleaned up after them self’s brilliant service from the boys and great workmanship thankyou.

I can’t fault anything Access4Lofts did at all. They arrived 5 mins early, got everything set up with no hassle. Before I knew it the work was done, overall it took circa 2 and a half hours to complete including packing everything away and giving a demonstration. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to get their loft boarded for extra storage.
