Really good job done , the lads was all very polite and respectful of the property and exceeded all expectations with their work ethic . There was more than expected to do due to some stone and rubble that was up there fallen from previous jobs but the lads cleared it all up in addition to the job they was paid for . I definitely would recommend using access4Lofts again if any other jobs are required and I am really happy with the outcome!

They really took their time to make sure I knew how to operate the ladder safely. They covered all the carpets well, even though we told them all the carpets are being replaced. They had excellent manners too.

Matt arrived on time, was polite and professional. Carried out the installation promptly and demonstrated how to use the ladder as well as leaving a manufacturers leaflet. He didn’t use dust sheets because there was no need to. Very pleased with the total experience from the initial phone call to the installation.

We recently used JB Lofts (Access4Lofts) to board out our loft, fit some shelving, lighting and a ladder. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the service was excellent.

The installation was carried out efficiently and cleanly the lads who carried out the work were friendly and considerate and answered any questions we might have, the area was left clean and tidy upon completion.

Very proffessional team and friendly. Glad they offered a saturday slot. It is obvious from how they did things in an efficient time that they know what they are doing and are good at it. Cleaned the place after they finished.

When it came to the quote, the team was straight to the point and honest about things. I was happy that they only ask for the payment after completion rather than before it which reassures me

Then Morgan and Dan worked so hard not only boarding out the loft etc but clearing and removing unwanted items from the loft. BN lofts boarded out my loft, fit a new hatch and a ladder. The workmen were respectful and hard working. They did a great job.

From initial enquiry to completion, the process has been seamless. Cannot fault any part of the process at all. I made my initial enquiries and was quickly given a date for survey, which took place soon after and gave me the info I needed. I got the quote through in detail and I was given price breakdowns of different options available to me which was great, and helped me make my decisions. After I decided to proceed, again I was promptly given a date for the works to commence. Finally, on the day of the works, Ryan arrived bang on time, got set up and explained everything for the day. He got the work done very efficiently and ensured he tidied and cleaned up afterwards.

I got exactly what I wanted, questions were answered and information was given – overall, an excellent experience and would certainly recommend to anyone to go with Access4Lofts.

Communication was fantastic and accurate, they did what they said and they kept to appointed times. I have said that the product wasn’t demonstrated, but that was because I wasn’t there, but I was sent a link to the product for an om-line demonstration.

What you would expect from a tradesman and other tradesmen should take note, customers count without them you have no business so look after them; do what you say when you say it, if you tell someone that you will be there or do something do it, customers hate being messed about.
