Craig was punctual, he was very friendly and gave us confidence in the service he offered. He was very clean and tidy with his workmanship and would definitely recommend.

I was provided with a competitive price and given a couple of additional options. I was offered the installation within my selected timeframe.

Craig arrived on time and proceeded to protect my property with dust sheets. He worked all day without any mess.

Unfortunately, the delivery of the replacement loft hatch was delayed, so he reassembled the original hatch and even re-fitted the frame so it was left in a neat and tidy manner.

He kept me up to date on the delayed delivery and has made arrangements to return to complete the installation.

Craig worked very hard and very conscientiously to upgrade my insulation, put in smart, safe and sturdy boarding, two lights and install a new, smart hatch with a neat, strong, fold-down ladder.
