Mark done an excellent job and went above the call of duty ! He was professional and politely offered to re-do something. He spent a bit of extra time and even returned with some of his own stocks material to make sure job would remain tidy after, preventing dusty debris falling from rafters due to previous workmen leaving slight exposure to elements. Details were clear before and after and work commenced on correct date.

The loft hatch fitting had to be arranged in double-quick time due to a plasterer coming to overboard the existing small hatch which was situated in a dangerous position over the stairs.

Mark at Access2Lofts was contacted on the Monday, called to see the job and quote on Wednesday, it was booked on Wednesday evening and he came to fit it on Saturday morning. Very pleased!!

Mark was very professional in his work, we had problems with our loft ladder that was not installed properly by a previous loft ladder installer, Mark replaced the ladder mounting bracket and reset to ladder, it now works great.

We found Mark through Which recommended traders and asked him to quote us for loft boarding and enlargement of the entry hatch. As we are having solar panels installed, Mark advised that we have the hatch altered first and then the boarding work done after the panels, as the engineers may need to lay cables along the joists. This was something we hadn’t considered and we were glad for his advice. Mark took us through what was involved in the hatch alteration and suggested where we might source a quality telescopic ladder. We were impressed with his knowledge and courteous manner and agreed the quote. Mark arrived promptly at 8am yesterday, did a grand job of the hatch and tidied up thoroughly afterwards. We would certainly recommend him and now look forward to his return next month to board out the loft. Thank you Mark.
