Excellent service from beginning to end. The work was of a good quality, all surfaces were protected and clean up was thorough. It was a quick and easy process and I would recommend it for anyone needing some affordable storage.

Very clean and tidy work. Love the extra storage space. My only gripe is I thought they were coming at 12pm so I missed attending a funeral but they didn’t arrive until 3.15pm. Apart from that excellent work.

They turned up on time, did the work exactly to spec and did a superb job. They did the job quickly and efficiently and I managed to work from home without being disturbed whilst they got on with the job. Our loft looks fantastic and the attention to detail is great. We had a raised boarded area and shelving installed and the fit and finish is brilliant, a very well done job. Our loft is now a very usable space. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys!

A new loft hatch and telescopic ladder were promptly and efficiently installed into an existing opening but with limited space above in the loft for the ladder to fold into. Your installer carried out the work to our total satisfaction. The initial estimate was realistic and the final account was for the same amount.

I needed more space, and boarding out of the loft was the most cost-effective way. after getting various quotes, access4lofts provided the most competitive quote. Rashi and his team arrived on time and got stuck in laying carpet protector sheets and material into the loft. This was one of the hottest days in a loft with temperatures into the 30s, Ross never stopped working and, the least I could do was supply the iced water. They finished sooner than expected and, cleaned up behind them. A job well done, thanks Rashi and team, looking good and I now have a large useable space.

Very impressed by the professionalism of the company. Ollie did a cracking job taking out the old hatch and then fitting a telescopic ladder and hatch combination. It’s all solidly built and just what I was looking for. Once everything had been installed, he demonstrated how it worked and then made quite sure I was able to use it safely on my own (and that meant I’d be giving six stars if I could!)

I’d recommend the company to anyone looking to have a loft ladder fitted.
