Jozsef, Lewis, Russell and the lovely woman I spoke to to confirm everything on the phone, provided excellent service from start to finish. The job took about half a day less than expected. Lewis and Russell left everything spotless and tidy at the end of the first day and everything was covered during their work. By the time they left, having completed the insulation, boarding and installation of a new hatch, ladder and guard rail, the stairs and landing were sparkling.

They clearly explained how the new hatch and ladder worked.

If you need any attic work done I would definitely recommend Access4Lofts and Jozsef and his team.

I can not fault this company or the service provided. They turned up as arranged and on time, worked relentlessly and finished the job over a day earlier than planned. The attic was a mess after a new roof, rain leaks and previous owners. The rubbish was removed and disposed of, and items that we didnt know were up there were carefully left for me to decide what to do with them. My carpets were covered then hoovered by them both days even though I said I was happy to hoover after they were done, but they insisted. The attic has been cleared out, insulated, floored, and left clean, with a new ladder, insulated hatch and new clasp. I’m so pleased and can not recommend Jozsef and the guys enough. The work is guaranteed and I can do interest free payments. I’m so relieved the job is done and has been done so well. Already recommended them to my family. Thank you very much

Jozsef, who came to give us the quote was brilliant and discussed all the options with us, without putting any pressure on us to decide. The two men who came to install the loft ladder and boarding on the day were very friendly and professional. They even took down some old furniture that the previous owner had left up there, and carried it downstairs, which was much appreciated.

Really pleased with with both the service I received and the result. I was kept updated throughout. The chap who came to measure up and quote arrived when they said they would and gave me several options that helped keep costs down. Options were fiully explained.

I then had a few updates about installation and was kept informed. This was reassuring, having been let down by a few companies previously.

Russell, my installer, was friendly and professional and super efficient. Turned up on time, put sheets everywhere and left everything clean and tidy. He explained how everything operated (not that hard) and I’m really pleased with my new loft hatch and ladder. Also wasn’t pushy about paying right there and then, although I did anyway.

Surprised at how quickly the job was done and am very happy with the extra storage I now have. We had been putting off sorting our loft for about two years, we had multiple quotes from others but I felt I couldn’t trust them! Some didn’t even bring ladders or lights.

The access4lofts team were so professional throughout, they told us exactly what would be happening, and when.

They helped to inspect our loft first, told us exactly what was needed and, more importantly what wasn’t! They really know what they are doing and helped put our mind at rest. They did a couple of extras for us as well, which was above and beyond for the quote!

Speaking of which, the access4lofts quote was the cheapest by half! Of what we were previously quoted, and we couldn’t be happier!

Excellent service, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Small mark/dent on hatch door. Unfortunately the fitters were unable to source another on the day as out of stock . It’s not that noticeable but they insisted it must be changed and left in perfect order/condition. The steps are much easier to use than a set I had fitted by a different company in a previous property. I would highly recommend and would definitely use Access4Lofts again.

We don’t have a loft space that is suitable for conversion but we were looking to improve access and storage so we were very impressed with what Access4Lofts did with our loft space. There is so much more storage space up there now with the extra shelves put in, which are such a good idea! There is also new flooring and lighting so it’s much more accessible, especially with the new loft ladder. We would definitely recommend this company.
