Very happy with the whole experience with Acess4lofts, from the quote where Jozsef explained everything clearly, and all the options available, to the work itself. I had a couple of quotes from other companies who said the work wouldn’t be straightforward/or in one case couldn’t be completed due to the location of the loft hatch, however Access4lofts reassured me they had no concerns and the work was carried out with no problems and I’m very happy with the results. Communication was great throughout and I would not hesitate in recommending Access4lofts.

Excellent service from initial survey right up to job completion. Jozef arrived with his fitter at the agreed time and set about covering our carpets before starting work. Both were polite and completed the work over two days with no fuss. They showed the Mrs how to operate the loft ladder and cleaned up after themselves.

Payment was simple and didn’t change from the initial price quoted. Any questions I’ve asked both pre and post fit have been answered promptly. My loft has been completed exactly as specified and I can’t recommend Josef highly enough.

So pleased to have use of my attic. Hatch had to be relocated for safety, 2 guys came to install they were polite and got on with the job. Few days later a plasterer came to sort where old hatch was, again they were polite and got on with the job. Price for the complete job I thought was worth the money after seeing the finish and benefits of having so much space I would recommend.
