The fitter turned up on time. He was very polite and confident as he tried to assure me that he was in his words “a professional” as his struggled to use the English language. He was engaging when I checked in on him. He explained what he had done and was doing.

I was shown the completed boarded out attic which was to my satisfaction and shown how to safely operate the ladder and hatch which he’d fitted too. The fitter had a good work ethic was polite and tidy and did a superb job on the day.

Our installer actually arrived a little earlier which was great. He was very polite and professional. We had already put sheets down so he made sure there was enough. He was very efficient. The ladder was installed along with a new ceiling surround before lunch time. He cleaned up after himself. Very professional job

Access 4 Lofts were excellent, they fitted a loft ladder in my parents house with ease. Inout is very professional as is his team who fitted the ladder. Very impressed and can thoroughly recommend their work.

I have just had a new loft hatch installed and am very pleased with the way that this small job was approached.

Arrival was just before the stipulated time which enabled the job to be completed earlier than expected, on completion the working of the catch was fully explained, although dust sheets were laid, any material that escaped was speedily dealt with.

The only way that you would know that anything had occurred is the new hatch, I was very impressed with the installation and would highly recommend this Company and the installers.

I haven’t been able to get into my loft in the four years I’ve owned my home due to the position and weight of the former hatch. I couldn’t be more pleased with the new hatch! The new position and inbuilt ladder makes it incredibly easy to get in and out of the loft.

Work carried out with great speed, was meant to take 1.5 days and was completed in 12 hours.

The workmen worked like machines and did not stop all day. Now the loft is part boarded and the hatch is twice the size I will be happy to use it for storage .
