He was only late because of road accidents grid locking everywhere but he rang me to say he would be late. The service was excellent I rang the number the reception answered and said you would contact me which you did very promptly and came to see us

Checked the loft and explained how the new ladders would work and which was the most suitable for us. Also offered advice on some shelving not at all pushy or hard sell just good advice and help. No deposit required the work was completed on time wonderful job and then you pay not before. How many other people are honest enough to offer such a service. I am very happy with the work indeed.

We are very pleased with our new loft ladder. We were shown various ladders and chose a lightweight one which is perfect for our needs. It was installed expertly and we were shown how to use it.
