Mark and his colleague showed up first thing in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see them arrive so early. They gave detailed explanations and entertained all my many questions before starting the work which was flawlessly and professionally carried out. Arrived bright and early and started prep straight away. Very little noise or disruption caused throughout the whole process. Professional and made the whole experience easy.
