Arrived on time. Impressed with the care of the property eg dust sheets used and overshoes worn. Everything left clean and tidy. Hatch looks neatly fitted and it’s so good to be able to utilise the space in the loft for storage. I would recommend Access 4 Lofts.

You guys went above and beyond especially as on the day the outside temperature hit 36 deg so I dread to think what it was in the loft.

They explained the work as they went along and went above and beyond to allow access for our electrician to carry out some more work after they had finished. We are really happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Communication was fantastic throughout, from the initial request for a quote, through installation, and even with the follow-up afterwards. Despite the incredibly warm weather, they worked efficiently and maintained a high standard at all times. The transformation has made a huge difference. We can now fully utilise the loft space, the insulation has been brought up to standard, and the new lighting is both practical and well thought through. We had a good but dusty loft space, with just beams and insulation. Mark and his team gave us a good quote and made the space usable, with safe and easy access. His team were very professional, and completed the work to a very high standard. This room it has given us back is excellent – mainly used for suitcases, Christmas and Halloween bits etc. Really helpful.

Loft boarded and insulation topped up where needed, the Service was brilliant from start to finish, Mark arranged a survey at time that was convenient to me during a short phone call (survey arranged for a Saturday), Jamie then arrived at the allotted time and explained everything in easy to understand language, we asked loads of questions and he answered all of them and completely filled us with confidence, the quote then arrived in good time and we were booked in quicker than expected, again at a date and time convenient to us. During the fitting the work was carried out with out any issues and we are extremely happy with the final result. It’s the small things that make all the difference such as wearing covers on his shoes to protect our carpets, using dust sheets, leaving everything clean and tidy when he’s done and being able to ask his advice and not feeling like you being sold to, for example after surveying the loft, jamie told me I don’t need a new ladder as the old one is very good. All in all a great experience and highly recommended
