During the course of installation, he established an issue and quickly revised the planned work to avoid any risk of damaging or blocking access to existing pipework that had been hidden by insulation.

Loft boarded and insulation topped up where needed, the Service was brilliant from start to finish, Mark arranged a survey at time that was convenient to me during a short phone call (survey arranged for a Saturday), Jamie then arrived at the allotted time and explained everything in easy to understand language, we asked loads of questions and he answered all of them and completely filled us with confidence, the quote then arrived in good time and we were booked in quicker than expected, again at a date and time convenient to us. During the fitting the work was carried out with out any issues and we are extremely happy with the final result. It’s the small things that make all the difference such as wearing covers on his shoes to protect our carpets, using dust sheets, leaving everything clean and tidy when he’s done and being able to ask his advice and not feeling like you being sold to, for example after surveying the loft, jamie told me I don’t need a new ladder as the old one is very good. All in all a great experience and highly recommended

Arrived bright and early and started prep straight away. Very little noise or disruption caused throughout the whole process. Professional and made the whole experience easy.
