Excellent service from the start. Quick appointment for site visit, quote sent quickly, date booked in quickly. Job was very hard for engineer with an awkward space etc. Engineer completed the job & tidied up as much as he could. Loft boarded and insulation topped up where needed, the Service was brilliant from start to finish, Mark arranged a survey at time that was convenient to me during a short phone call (survey arranged for a Saturday), Jamie then arrived at the allotted time and explained everything in easy to understand language, we asked loads of questions and he answered all of them and completely filled us with confidence, the quote then arrived in good time and we were booked in quicker than expected, again at a date and time convenient to us. During the fitting the work was carried out with out any issues and we are extremely happy with the final result. It’s the small things that make all the difference such as wearing covers on his shoes to protect our carpets, using dust sheets, leaving everything clean and tidy when he’s done and being able to ask his advice and not feeling like you being sold to, for example after surveying the loft, jamie told me I don’t need a new ladder as the old one is very good. All in all a great experience and highly recommended
