Fantastic beginning to end… came to quote gave a few options and prices, pretty competitive, remembered me a week later when I asked for a few more changes. On time on arrival to install, friendly no fuss all completed same day cleaned up looks fantastic, its a shame I have to put things up there!! I asked for an off cut for future inline extractor with a cut out – he done that too! Absolutely no complaints from me and would definitely recommend…

We had a new loft hatch installed, along with wooden ladder with side rail, electric lights, floor insulation and flooring, so we can use the loft for storage. Ryan explained the job clearly beforehand, and arrived on time on the day. The job was completed within two days as promised and the site was left clean and tidy after each day. Very happy to recommend this loft conversion company any time.

Ryan visited us a few weeks back and explained exactly what he was going to do and what would be supplied as part of the job.

Out of 5 quotes i received Ryan was able to explain clearly what issues we had in the loft with condensation and exactly what i needed to fix the problem.

He had also quoted to lay an area of flooring for storage.

When i asked him to buy the parts for the condensation issue he advised me what to buy rather than charging for something i could get and he would install when he returned to the job.

Every other quote had advised me different reasons and offered to charge to remedy something i believe i don’t need.

The job was carried out yesterday and everything was done quickly and efficiently.

We now have storage in the loft and I’m confident about the condensation problem being remedied.
