Mine was not an easy job, and some changes had to be made to the original plan. However, they looked at other options and talked these through with me allowing me to make an informed decision. They then worked very hard to complete the job quickly and efficiently. It was a neat and tidy job, all made good and finished well with respect for my home and property. The guys were all pleasant and friendly.

Absolutely delighted with work that was carried out. I had an initial no obligation quotation and recommendation of what they thought would work best for me. The lads arrived on time and completed in just under 2 and a half hours. No mess at all and didn’t need to cover anything up as they were in my loft I was shown the work upon completion and they had actually put my items, that were just put in the loft, on the racking that they had installed.

I was recommended by a friend. The service was fantastic came out at an arranged time and date. Quoted a good price and booked an available time and date to carry out the work. I received a reminder message a couple of days before the installation. On the day of installation the team were polite placed dust sheets down where they needed to walk. They were very quick with the installation and left the area very clean. I’ve inspected the work and I’m very happy. Would definitely recommend using them.

Ryan arrived to board out the second half of our loft he worked hard and didn’t stop until the job was finished ,he was a very pleasant young man to have in our property and an asset to the company. This is the second time we have had work done by access for lofts and have been very pleased on both occasions.

Josh arrived to carry out a survey and explained the process for the work to be carried out and the options available to us. He gave us an accurate quote prior to leaving. Dan and Ryan arrived 2 weeks later to carry out the work they arrived early and the work was completed just after lunch. They were very polite and left the propetty clean and Dan gave a demonstration for the safe operation of the ladder to axcess the loft. I would not hesitate recomending Access4Lofts

Very professional and timely service, the loft hatch and ladder was fitted in what felt like an hour and no corners were cut. The new hatch looks very nice and the new ladder has made it so much easier to enter the loft for storage. I would use Access4Lofts again if I need anymore work doing in the future.

We recently had our loft boarded and were really impressed with the service. The fitter was super polite, professional and we felt very comfortable having him work in our home. He arrived exactly on time, as promised in the email and cracked on with the job without any fuss.

He even laid down a dust sheet straight away, which showed great care for our home. He also kept us well informed, by letting us know that a couple of his colleagues would be popping by to help him finish up, which we really appreciated. Everything was left neat and tidy and the work was completed by around 1.30pm. They took the time to show my husband how to safely open the new hatch and use the ladder, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch.

The loft looks great – while we’re no experts, everything appears to be finished to a very good standard. All in all, we’re really pleased with the experience and would happily recommend them.
