Steven and his colleague arrived on time and completed my loft installation in one day. They did a great job expanding and installing a new loft hatch, removing old water tank and old flooring before reflooring loft. They cleaned up afterwards and removed everything. Very happy with job.

Steven quoted very promptly, and was also very quick to amend the initial quote when I changed my requirements. We were kept informed of when he was coming, and were sent a reminder to let us know. When he couldn’t make it on the day we arranged initially as his previous job had run over time, he contacted us and apologised to say that he wasn’t going to be there, but that he would come the next day to do the job, which he did.
