Ryan arrived to board out the second half of our loft he worked hard and didn’t stop until the job was finished ,he was a very pleasant young man to have in our property and an asset to the company. Josh arrived to carry out a survey and explained the process for the work to be carried out and the options available to us. He gave us an accurate quote prior to leaving. Dan and Ryan arrived 2 weeks later to carry out the work they arrived early and the work was completed just after lunch. They were very polite and left the propetty clean and Dan gave a demonstration for the safe operation of the ladder to axcess the loft. I would not hesitate recomending Access4Lofts

We recently had our loft boarded and were really impressed with the service. The fitter was super polite, professional and we felt very comfortable having him work in our home. He arrived exactly on time, as promised in the email and cracked on with the job without any fuss.

He even laid down a dust sheet straight away, which showed great care for our home. He also kept us well informed, by letting us know that a couple of his colleagues would be popping by to help him finish up, which we really appreciated. Everything was left neat and tidy and the work was completed by around 1.30pm. They took the time to show my husband how to safely open the new hatch and use the ladder, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch.

The loft looks great – while we’re no experts, everything appears to be finished to a very good standard. All in all, we’re really pleased with the experience and would happily recommend them.

Overall we are very pleased at how the work went, from the initial survey, the paperwork received, the communication, to the actual work that was carried out. This is the 2nd time I have used Access4lofts and on both occasions the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable on the products they have used. An excellent service all round, from my initial enquiry to the survey visit and carrying out the agreed work. All members of the team were efficient & friendly & did everything exactly as promised.

Lads were organised, job was done quickly and tidied up after, vfery smooth operation.

My loft hatch is located in a cramped space and access is difficult. I asked three prominent local firms to quote me for installing an integrated loft ladder and hatch cover, and of these three one said that no available equipment was suitable for the site, one said that any such installation would be too dangerous, and only Josh from BN lofts said that he could do what I wanted at a reasonable price.

Three weeks later BN lifts turned up as promised, most of the construction work had been completed off-site and installation took only two and a half hours. The site was left tidy and the equipment installed does exactly what I wanted with virtually no effort required on my part.

Seems to me that BN lofts are well-acquainted with all currently available equipment options, are prepared to think creatively outside the box, and work and plan effectively to produce a good outcome with as little fuss and mess as possible. I’m certainly very pleased with the result

Turned up on time for survey and to do the job ( not doing so is a pet hate of mine) so top marks for that. Did an excellent job with no fuss, highly recomended and I never say that lightly, if I wasnt happy I would say so.

I needed a loft hatch and ladder installed for my new house. While I was quoted my job would take half a day – it in fact took about an hour or so. The actual job I hired them to do was great and easy. However, I wish the consultation was a bit more involved – as I can now access my loft, I realise it will need more work done! Probably could have realised that if we spent a bit more time talking through the loft. That was my mistake in not asking. Will just have to have them back 🙂

They were booked to come to us as the second job, but when their first job was cancelled, Joe rang to see if they could come earlier, which actually suited us very well.

From my initial inquiry for a quote to insulate and board the loft, I’ve found everyone very helpful and professional. Josh who measured up provided a prompt quote, we didn’t have a long wait for fitting and the 2 men who came were on time, explained what they were doing and were polite, professional and respected our home.

Luke arrived promptly + went ‘above + beyond’ tidying up a loftspace cluttered with old rubble + badly laid insulation. A really tidy job.

Right from my initial contact, I have been more than happy with the service fromAccess4Lofts. Josh came to do an initial quote and he listened to what I wanted, before measuring up and showing me what

could be provided. I received the quote later the same day, and just had to decide from a couple of options. Once I accepted the quote, I expected to wait for about a month to get an appointment, however, there had been a cancellation and I only waited 8 days! The three young men who came to do the work arrived on time and introduced themselves before putting down dust sheets and getting on with the job. They worked continuously for just over 5 hours, completing the job well and before I anticipated. They took most of the waste away and even vacuumed my hallway, stairs and landing, which was a nice surprise. I would not hesitate in recommending them to do a similar job.
