Very pleased with the whole process from the initial survey and Kevin’s explanation of work that could be done and materials used to phone conversations arranging dates for work to be carried out and explaining the quote I received, a very nice young man arrived on Monday morning and carried out the work, he explained how our new loft ladder worked and work he did with putting flooring down, he did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards, they have made the space more accessible .

Service has been excellent all the more so as there was a revised works and timetable due to bats appearing. Team on the job efficient and we’re very tidy throughout. They also brought to our attention woodworm in some beams that we could arrange to have treated which was appreciated as I suspect some firms would have just boarded loft and not mentioned it.

From the initial survey through to completion of the works the communication and customer service was excellent. Kevin provided valuable guidance during the survey and provided a very reasonable quote for the work. In the installation date the work was completed with minimal disruption and to a high standard. We had loft insulation top up, boarding shelving and lighting. I’d highly recommend this company as your first port of call if you are considering extra storage in your loft. Thanks Kevin and Matt!

I am very pleased with the new boarding in my loft. The work was completed quickly, with minimal disruption and to a high standard. The installer was friendly and courteous.

From survey to installation the tram were great including the office staff. Your fitters were lovely , looked after my property and were super easy to work with.

A bit unsure when the men would arrive (invariably when work done men come very early – I assume that they were getting materials)

The lads were excellent – introduced themselves – had over shoes ready.

They were polite all the time and were very unobtrusive. Cleaned up all mess that came through loft hatch. Loft swept and showed me the work when done.

People who I have spoken reckon the job could be done at a fraction of the price. I doubt that the result and whole experience could be bettered for saving a few pounds. The end result was great and exactly what we wanted. Communication has been excellent throughout the process, and we would not hesitate to recommend the company.

My wife has one complaint though – at the end one of the lads suggested to me that we could get a nice room up there. As we are still clearing the 40 years worth of clutter that we removed before, she was not too impressed – and told us both so.

Kevin and his colleague did a superb job. They kept me informed and arrived when expected. They were excellent workers and left the place spotless when they left. I was very happy with the workmanship and would happily recommend them without any reservation.

Access4lofts were recommended by our neighbours and I can see why. The initial quote from Kevin was thorough and professional. Scott and Matt did a great job on the day, and although there was an issue with a part not being delivered on time they were up front and honest about this, and came to complete the work the next day. They were very efficient and did a good job cleaning up afterwards, which was a nice touch. Thank you.

We wanted a new loft hatch in a more accessible location but, on lifting the loft boards, this proved to be unviable. Instead my flimsy ladder installed 30 years ago was replaced by something much safer, sturdier and easier to operate. The team who did the installation were extremely affable, confident. In what they were doing, discussed the options with me and switched the two ladders with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. I was delighted with the tradesman, and they were delighted with the big bar of chocolate they got as a Thank You.

Fitter arrived on time, used overshoes once inside, layer down dost sheets and cleaned and hoovered after installation complete.

Fantastic, just what we needed. A professionally installed loft solution for our new build home, so we can clear out our final room of boxes.

I contacted Access4Lofts via their website, and the survey was carried out a week later. A quote was provided at the end of the survey which I was able to accept. We were booked in for installation two weeks later.

On the day, the first lad showed up around 10am. Explained what he was going to do, and I was confident leaving him to it. He was joined by a second lad around an hour later, and they were both done by around 2pm. Both were friendly and helpful, and before they left they showed me their work and gave me a demo of the ladder. Looked great, very pleased.

There was a little bit of noise during installation, but it wasn’t too bad. Everything was left clean and tidy, and they had carpet covers for their shoes. Very professional.
