My other half met the fitter on the morning of installation and was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently the boarding was fitted in our house. He arrived at 8:30am and was finished by 11am! Communication from the company has been excellent throughout, the service was great, and the lifetime guarantee is amazing. What’s not to love?!

The technician Mark arrived on time at 8.30 and was here until 4.30 we had the deluxe hatch and boarding and he did a very good job indeed and a really nice guy, he moved a light switch that we hadn’t considered which was great too.

Hatch requires a small adjustment but I8217;m assured someone will be out soon to carry out that, of which I have no doubt. Thoroughly recommend Matt and his team. Great job!

Lee & Mark were polite, conscientious, careful, and fast workers during our installation of new loft access with 3-stage drop-down ladder, plus the majority of the loft space boarded with a raised floor to allow for the insulation to be underneath. Matt’s initial review of our loft was quick, but thorough, and he explained everything clearly. A quote arrived the next day.

The work was scheduled within 2-3 weeks, and done by Mike. He arrived on time, put dust sheets down, and was careful not to damage the house in any way. His work was excellent, and we now have a raised boarded loft, with shelves either side, and a loft ladder.

Mike allowed me to review his work, and explained how the loft ladder worked.

On review, he had extended both the flooring, and the shelves, to cover the whole loft floor, which was slightly more than I had requested, and had been quoted for. He also installed two loft lights which, again, had not been quoted for.

I am delighted with Mike’s workmanship, and the service overall, and would highly recommend Access4Lofts.

On the day of installation i was at work, i received a phone call from the installer saying he was delayed and would be with us an hour later at 09.30. It was really appreciated to be notified of this.

My wife told me the installer was polite and friendly and even hovered the carpets when he had finished.

Excellent job done with little fuss and quicker than I anticipated. Fitter found unexpected problems but discussed with me the options and resolved the problem easily. Given a good briefing on how to operate the new hatch and fitter took time to make sure I could manage the hatch properly and the ladder safely He also used his obvious knowledge to point out one or two potential problems that existed which I may get sorted in due course.
