Appreciated the itemised quote and thorough explanation of the work involved and efficient execution of the job. Also very friendly and helpful service.

Very good and professional from start to finish. Would recommend to others.

Excellent workmanship now I can get into our loft safely without balancing on a short ladder.

Came on time/slightly early which was great. Was quick and efficient in enlarging our loft entrance and installing a pull down telescopic ladder. Given us much better access to our loft. Would highly recommend!!

The guys were polite and friendly. They worked hard and communicated when they were taking a break and returned to work on time. The work was completed well within the timeframe and they showed me the loft and explained why there was space left around the boarded area which was appreciated. Overall very pleased with the work and would recommend them if you’re considering having your loft space boarded.

The service was excellent, the staff was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The work done was brilliant and done to a high standard. Would highly recommend them.

Nice pair of lads. Got on with installing the lift ladder straight away. Was finished in good time. How to use ladder correctly was explained and shown. Vacuumed afterwards. Would recommend this company to install loft ladders

The survey was professional and thorough and I felt that I was given as much time as I needed to understand the quoted costs, the breakdown of the works to be carried out, and the expected results. On the day of the work, semi-custom options that suited my property better were offered to me and quickly adapted into the works schedule. I am pleased with the service throughout.

Excellent service and communication. Would recommend

Very professional work and extremely impressed with the space I have been given from the shelving and boarding. All done so quickly too! Would definitely recommend to family and friends and consider using Access4Lofts again in future houses that need it.

Michael and Zac arrived in time and behaved professionally throughout. Completed all components of the loft installation to highest standards. They even cleared our luggage we have forgotten to clear before their arrival which helped us massively as we have been unusually busy ahead of the appointment. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Professional job, competitively priced. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great company from initial quote to installation. Price good, quality excellent and the job went very smoothly. The installers were very considerate cleaning up every last bit of debris and polite to boot. Well done everyone.

All done with no fuss.

Excellent job, very satisfied and would recommend.

Very satisfied from quotation to installation.

Very efficient. The men worked hard to complete the job. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this service. Having the loft done has made a huge positive impact for us.

Matt and his team arrived on time and were very professional throughout the whole process. The installation went extremely smoothly, and 21m loft was completed in just four hours, including the installation of the loft ladder, lights and shelving.

They did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy once the work was finished. We are very happy with the result and would absolutely highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone considering a loft conversion or installation.

Absolutely top job, professional and friendly. Arrived early and the job was highly satisfactory, definitely recommend Acces4Lofts

Came on time. Work done was excellent both my wife and myself very happy with it.

We now have one of our bedrooms back after moving into our new home 3months ago.

Smooth, seamless process from start to finish – the loft ladder is really easy to use – wish I’d had one fitted years ago!

Loft Company Testimonial

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish!

I honestly cannot recommend access for lofts highly enough. From our very first contact with Matt and his wife Sam, the team were incredibly professional, polite, friendly and genuinely happy to help.

Communication throughout was fantastic. They kept me fully updated on the plans and what was going to be carried out, so I always knew exactly what to expect. No question was ever too small, and they were always happy to take the time to answer anything I asked.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the whole team worked efficiently, respectfully and with great attention to detail. I was really impressed with how they tidied up, explained how the loft ladder works, and how tidy they left everything once the work was completed .

It is so refreshing to have contractors with such a high level of professionalism, great communication and such a genuinely lovely team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking and trustworthy loft company.

A huge thank you to the whole team for doing such an incredible job and for making everything stress feel.

Great work by the team at Access4Lofts in fitting boarding, insulation, hatch and ladder.

Work was carried out in a very professional manner and we are really happy with the result

Really pleased with the work, it was done quickly, and clean and tidy afterwards.

Jay being a trainee, this was his first full install with supervision and did an excellent job. Would certainly recommend this company.

What a great service.so trouble free and great workmanship and a very nice guy who installed it all never stopped. Highly recommended.

A great job, efficient, professional and friendly service with work quote amended as area boarded was less than initially estimated, which was appreciated.

Very Happy with my new loft hatch, fitters were on time and professional ⭐️

Fantastic start to finish!

Arrived on site half hour early, 08.30 for 09.00 start.

Explained what he is about to do and how long it should take.

Within the hour he had finished, cleared & cleaned the work area and then demonstrated & explained how to use the loft ladder & the safety issues.

I was asked to have a go too, twice, to make sure I was familiar with the safety issues and how the ladder is opened and closed correctly.

Overall, a neat and tidy job done well.

Have used this company twice and they carried out excellent work on each occasion. Would certainly use agaain

It was over 40C and Lee spent all day up in the loft putting the ladder in and also the boarding. He made an excellent job of the boarding, overcoming difficulties he encountered. The ladder is relatively easy to use and the large opening into the loft makes it much easier for access.

Fantastic service from the first visit for a quote up to the job being completed. I also received a call on the same day of installation to check I was happy with everything that had been completed. Even with this heat the fitters did a fantastic job. Really friendly and helpful. Extremely happy with our loft. Thank you!

All works were completed to an exceptionally high standard

Excellent communication about the job before and during the installation, the service was on the day was very professional and the end result exactly what was expected. Would highly recommend.

Happy to have him come early after confirming with us this was okay. Very well prepared, efficient worker with the obvious knowledge to properly complete the job with the minimum of fuss. He was intent on making sure we could understand and operate the ladder before we settled up with him. A very pleasent guy who we would highly reccommend.

For us a painless experience throughout!

Everything from the the survey to quote to installation was professional, open and honest pricing and the installation was so quick and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

We recently had a loft ladder installed by Matt from Access4Lofts, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Matt was always on time, kept us fully informed of the progress throughout the installation, and was professional and friendly at every stage.

We chose the top of the range wooden loft ladder with handrails, and the quality is outstanding. The finished installation looks fantastic, feels incredibly sturdy, and provides safe and easy access to our loft.

We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend Matt and Access4Lofts to anyone looking for a high quality loft ladder installation. Five star service from start to finish!

Matt and the team were the ultimate professionals. Detailed explanations were given as to what and how installation would be conducted. The finished product was just as expected and the workmanship first class. Thank you Matt.

All good. Very prompt, friendly, tidy, efficient and high standard of work.

Brilliant service, very clean and efficient. Cannot find fault with anything from the initial visit and quote to the end product. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from initial appointment through to fitting. All work carried out to an extremely high standard and would recommend in a heartbeat!!

Very impressed. All we wanted was a new ladder fitting; there was no “hard sell” to have more work done but we did ask him to quote for extra insulation and racking. As it happened, we did have the extra but it was our choice after receiving the separate quotes. On installation day, 2 fitters arrived and, without any fuss, just got on with the job. They took away the old ladder and floor boarding and left the loft spotless. A grand job.

Excellent service throughout. Punctual. Cleaned area after work completed.

Good demonstration of how product worked. Would recommend the company to anyone.

My experience was excellent. From the first quotation to the fitted item, we were kept fully informed. The fitting team were efficient and extremely good at their job. I would thoroughly recommend. Delighted with the product, feel safe on the ladder and the hatch so easy to use.

Firstly the arrangement for quote by Matt was conducted exceptionally well, timely and professional; not invasive and without the salesman pitch. It took the least possible time to explain everything to us and view the loft area. The price quoted was very reasonable and even better they could offer interest free payments for a suitable time period plus A lifetime guarantee is standard.

After deciding to use access4lofts we never once had any doubts about the job being up to an amazing standard.

The two lads Jay and Mark who came to do the job of putting more insulation and boarding up were fantastic. Worked tirelessly to get it all done in one day and most of all felt safe leaving them to get on with it. Professional and efficient, on time and very polite and courteous.

No mess was left at all tidied and cleared up to superb perfection, all old stuff to be disposed of was cleared and taken away. Left spotless can’t fault them.

Well done team and Access4 lofts.

We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone at all,

Thank you so much Matt and Samantha Cragg.

Appreciate your most professional and efficient service

I am extremely happy with the service provided by the Access4lofts team from Matt taking measurements of the loft and giving me a quote the same day, to the guys finishing the work just a couple of weeks later, they were excellent, very professional, considerate and worked hard. I would highly recommend Access4lofts

The two arrived before the estimated time and started work soon as they set everything up. Only took them 2 hours to do the job together and did a fantastic job!

Excellent service, given us so much more space. They accommodated our requests and did exactly as we asked, no pressure whatsoever. Really pleased.

Brilliant service from survey to fittings. Everyone involved with this job carry out the work to a very high standard. I was informed throughout the whole process. great company 5*

very satisfied thank you very much.

Excellent work, we love it. The workmen were polite and thorough. They ensured the work was carried out to a high standard and left the house immaculate afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

The fitter was excellent. He took his time and made sure that the installation was perfect for our needs. He noticed that the original plan couldn’t be done as it would mean removing a structural piece of wood. His work was immaculate. We are very pleased.

Quick, efficient and good communication from the first email sent to completion of the job. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from initial contact to cleaning up afterwards. We are very pleased with the final result. Now I just need to put everything back in the loft 🙂

We had a new loft hatch and partial boarding. From the initial appointment with Matt to the guy that fitted it the process was very easy and clear. Samantha was quick to answer any queries. We were very happy with the work and everything was explained and left clean and tidy.

Matt was very friendly and helpful at our first meeting. He actually tried to save me money on my loft insulation by assuring me I did not need a service I had requested.

On the day my loft insulation was fitted and the boarding laid the team did a great job. They showed me their work on completion and cleared up after themselves.

The boarding that was laid looks great and is going to make it so much easier to store stuff in my attic.

I would highly recommend Matt and his team

Very efficient fitting service and a good job done

The job was done absolutley perfectly, quickly, and I was very happy with the service.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish

So happy with what you have done

Would recommend to everyone

Excellent service from start to finish. Cannot fault anything. Fitters were friendly, quick and very professional.

We are over the moon with our loft and will reccomend this company to everyone.

A really good job however, I thought the whole of the loft would be boarded. Not just the middle.

After a slight hiccup in the appointment being changed due to illness (which was obviously unavoidable) we have been really pleased with the service. The contractor was friendly and efficient and did an excellent job – also left everything clean and tidy. Overall very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great service. Work carried out to schedule and the chaps carrying out the work were efficient and friendly and kept us informed on what they were doing. Arrived on time and worked hard. Skip organised for rubbish.

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone was lovely. The clean up was the best I have ever had not a speck of dust anywhere,

The service provided by Matt and his colleagues was exceptional in every way! The standard of the completed work in both loft areas was first class, and the team took time to fully explain how to use the equipment. Faultless in every respect, I will strongly recommend the service provided by Matt and his team to everyone who is in the market for loft work, and to those who I feel should consider it!!

Brilliant service thank you

Mark did a good job making our loft area a lot more usable and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you.

Speedy quote and seemed valid for money to me. The day of install saw a courteous chap arrive who explained the work, cracked on and got the job done in just a few hours. End result was spot on and exactly what was hoped for. They did such a good last time I used them, it was a no brainer to use them again and would thoroughly recommend Access4Lofts to friends as I have before

A brilliant and friendly service. I would highly reccomend them.

Lee did a great job and we are really pleased with the result.

It was a pleasure to have Matt’s company supply and fit my loft ladder. Matt was easy to talk with when he initially came to discuss our needs and didn’t put any pressure on us whatsoever.

Lee (one of Matt’s team who got the job of fitting the ladder and explaining to us how things worked) was polite, helpful and industrious. A credit to Matt’s company. All-in-all an excellent job well done by all concerned. I would certainly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have a loft ladder fitted.

Lovely company to deal with from start to finish. Matt came out quickly to quote, Tom the fitter was friendly, on time and demonstrated the workings for me . High standard of work and it look great in it’s new position. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Tom was really thorough, clean and even considered my little boy’s nap time when making the most noise! 5* service, thank you!
