Arrived on time, did the job, cleaned up and left…what else could i ask for?

The two young men who carried out what became a very difficult job the removal of the old ladder proved quite a challenge.

They persevered and did an excellent job.

Both were very polite.

I hope Bradley is ok,as one of the springs flew off and caught him in his eye.

Amazing from start to finish. I called up on a Monday, arrived exactly at the time I was told they would 2 days later to measure up & quote. The quote was with me about 2 hours later and booked in for the earliest possible opportunity after asking a few questions which were all explained to me thorougly.

Then when it came to the installation they arrived around 8am, were done by 2.30pm after showing me exactly what was done & how to work the hatch/ladder. Also explained to me a minor adjustment to the work that was originally quoted which would allow me to get more headspace in the loft. No hidden costs or damage, very little noise too while I worked downstairs.

When I had it booked, I was told they would arrive at 8am to start work. They turned up approximately 8.30, but did apologise for being late.

All the work was carried out to a high standard, they cleaned up after themselves. They demonstrated how the ladders work. Assured us that everything comes with a lifetime guarantee. The guys were superb from start to finish. The surveyor was excellent in working out what we needed without a hard sell or stuff we didn’t need and provided us with a competitive quote. The fitter arrived in the day bang on time and got to work straight away and work quickly and efficiently finishing the job to an excellent standard in a really quick time. Hi my experience with access 4 Loft was first class from the surveyor who came first to check my hatch and old ladder. We discussed what I wanted and I was shown what ladders were suitable. The fitting took place just one week later the fitter was very experienced and it took just 30 minutes to install. The fitter explained everything and demonstrated how it worked. Loft boarded as requested and a great clean job done. New hatch and ladders installed as well. All the guys were really thorough and cleaned up afterwards. Just getting used to pulling the ladders down & up again as they only finished today but I’m very happy with the workmanship and would recommend them to family and friends. Just one thing I am disappointed with is the tread depth is very narrow. I thought they would have been wider so I’d feel more secure going up and down. But overall very happy with their service.

I’d moved house and downsized resulting in the remainider of my stuff in boxes with nowhere to put it all. So BN Lofts came to board my lift.

There are no words to describe the work done in my loft. So I’ll have to use words like fantastic, fabulous, wonderful, brilliant. The guys that at came were courteous and professional and cleaned up after they had finished and it looked as though they hadn’t been there. If snyone wants a loft boarding out then this company is the one to go with. One very happy customer. Highly recommended.

Worth the money we paid for the job. It was done in a day & 1/2.

They got in, protected my landing etc with dust cloth, worked swiftly & efficiently.

I can now use my loft without having to ask for my husband or son to help & can see clearly once I’m up there.

They didn’t leave a mess in my house, I only had to hoover a bit of sawdust up before I put my boxes back in the loft.

The biggest compliment I can pay the installers is…. But for the occasion drilling we would not have known the guys were on site and in our loft. Laid dust sheets and left no mess, inside or outside on completion. We are thrilled with our new access point to the loft. A fantastic job completed with no fuss or drama.

Our loft was full of cables and wires, and very dusty. It was a mess. Despite this the boarding installation was excellent, the cables and wires are hidden but accessible if needed. I also have more space as the boarding is longer and wider than before.

We moved into our bungalow recently and the loft access was over the shower in the bathroom.

I wanted it moving too the hall with a drop down ladder and a bigger opening. I got in touch and Josh who came out to assess the job said they could do this.The quote was quickly provided and agreed and a time arranged to fit it. The job was very difficult to fit in the area I wanted,but was carried out quickly and as promised in less than half a day. I’m thrilled with the end result as I now have a custom built loft hatch with easy accesss in my hall.

Once you get over the confusion about who or what this organisation is – (Access4Lofts or BN Lofts, based at Macclesfield, Lytham St Anns or Plymouth. Company registration number hard to find at Companies House, and correspondence always refers to “my” and “our” but with no name), you will find them to be rather good at what they do.

They (Josh who did the survey and Ben who did the fitting) were punctual, polite and professional. The quote was almost instant, the amended quote likewise. The fitting was quick, efficient, neatly done and extremely tidy.

I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this firm to others. I just wish they would work out who they are!
