The team was friendly and did a really great job! They arrived early and managed to finish installing the loft just after lunch. Very happy with the quality of the work and with my new loft space!

I am really pleased with the work carried out on my loft it’s given me lots more storage space. From carrying out the initial survey, to the completed work every stage was efficient and done exactly when promised. Communication was clear throughout and there was minimum mess and disruption – all cleaned up before I got home from work. Thank you to Josh and the team!

From contacting the team to arrange a quote, through to the quote and then the work – I was impressed as the team were all helpful and friendly. Arranging an appointment with Angela was easy and straightforward over email, she was very responsive. Josh came an quoted and talked through various options for the location of the loft hatch as well as the different types and listened to my needs so we could cut the options down. The quote was easy to understand and they made it clear that I could change the spec, I just needed to give enough notice and nothing was too much hassle. It was Josh’s friendly, down to earth and helpful nature that made me pick Access4Lofts. Josh was the one who then undertook the work with a colleague and they covered the carpets with dust sheets and respected my property. There were a lot of dirty plasterboard footprints on the laminate in the downstairs hallway where they had come in and out, and before they left the guys wiped the floor down and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I honestly cant recommend them highly enough. The work is of great quality and I am one very happy customer.

Really professional and friendly fitters. They took great care to keep everything clean with drop cloths, plastic and paper covering our flooring from the front door to the entry to the attic.

They worked efficiently but also took the time to say hello to my baby boy who was intrigued by all the comings and goings in the house.

I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Guys were helpful, polite and very tidy. Quote service was non pressured and straight forward. Someone contactable to answer queries for work or invoice issues should they arise and quick response time.

The 3 men on site were polite, professional and friendly. They arrived when they said they would, just got on with the job, cleared up after themselves and the work looks of good quality and provides us with much needed storage space. Really impressed with the work Danny did to reposition the hatch, install a new ladder, add more insulation and board the loft space. He was friendly, precise and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Danny was fantastic and very knowledgable and just an all round decent bloke! Arrived on time and completed the works in half a day, cleaned up after himself and demonstrated how everything worked once he was done. Loft is boarded really well and utilises what little space I’ve got! Five stars!

Access lofts is a very professional company. From day one Adrian came to survey the loft told me about products costs and discounts. I was emailed the quote which was a very fantastic price. We decided to get the loft done he even accomadated the day we wanted it done. Was texted day b4 they was coming. The fitters came on time and did the whole job by afternoon thats really quick. They didn’t take any money till I got home from work bank transfered it. I looked at loft and it’s was very nicely done just what we wanted. I would highly recommend Access lofts alot. Everyone I interacted with at Access4Lofts were incredibly kind throughout and have done a brilliant job! From first calling to enquire, I had Adrian calling back within an hour or so to confirm that he could fit me in that afternoon for a quotation. This is the first property I’ve owned and was fairly clueless (!), but Adrian explained everything to me super clearly and not in a patronising way either which I really appreciated. The lifetime guarantee also helps for peace of mind if, like me, you are still learning about all these house things!

I’m still in shock at how quickly everything has been completed, from the initial visit and quotation all the way through to the fitting. The process was super simple and smooth and I also appreciated the demonstration to show how to use the loft hatch safely and to be able to review the space together afterwards, answering any questions I had very diligently.
