Excellent service from Simon. We had an existing loft ladder which had a broken bracket. I was expecting to have to pay for a new ladder. I contacted access 4 lofts via their website and was contacted later that day. Simon said that he would come and look at the issue and may be able to repair the ladder with spare parts.

Unfortunately Simon did not have any suitable spares but said that it might be able to be repaired.

Simon then contacted me to say that the bracket could be repaired and returned over a week later (it was a bank holiday weekend). Re fitted the repaired bracket. Refitted the ladder and hatch.

Simon kept us updated on progress and carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner.

Thank you for a thoroughly professional jinstallation. It was hard to believe you could cut a large hole in a lath and plaster ceiling without creating any mess, but that’s exactly what you did.
