Matthew was very professional and we talked through various options which would work. I was put at ease by his knowledge and experience and impressed by the service i received. I had a particularly awkward loft door position which meant my trusses affected ladder clearance but wasn’t keen on a new position if it could be avoided. With the many options available a solution was found. Overall I am very pleased with the work completed and can actually now use my loft.

From initial understanding of my requirements for additional boarding and insulation, Matthew undertook the work in a clean and efficient manner and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I was impressed from the moment Matt walked through the door, he was polite and courteous, he talked me through exactly what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. He covered the landing and stairs with dust sheets and made sure his shoes were clean in entry to the property. I just left him to it and within a few hours he was finished, he showed me how it all worked and operated. I was then able to try it while he was there, he wasn’t rushing off to his next job he just wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before he left. I bank transferred the money and he provided me with an invoice on completion, I can fully recommend Matt to anyone that needs access to their loft or even insulation and boarding out.

Matt was efficient and friendly, right from when he came to do the quote, I felt completely confident that he would carry out an excellent job and he did!
