We found the whole process of getting our loft boarding done – so smooth & worry free. Communication with us about the quote, installation, & follow-up were excellent. The cost of the job was very reasonable, and, they do have a finance scheme if you need to spread the bill across a year or so. Jude and colleagues were courteous and professional at all times. We had the loft insulated in Sept 2025 and were very satisfied with the initial survey, the quote, and then the final work. All three staff members, Kevin, Jude and Hesh, were punctual, efficient, professional and polite, and they cleaned up after they finished. Once Arrived, introduced himself, started the job as requested. Took away the old loft ladder, installed the new loft ladder,

showed me how to use the loft ladder, let me have a go. Tidied up before going, my place was left clean, tidy and spotless as dust sheets were used. I was informed that I could contact the company if I have any further questions. I was happy with the work done and I would recommend the company to friends and family.

Kevin was very good when he came to assess the job and he explained to me everything that needed to be done. I was very impressed that the installation was done so quickly in terms of not having to wait weeks for installation. The installation itself was excellent. Communication throughout was excellent. They were on time, polite and hardworking. When we were surprised by having to get rid of the old wood ourselves they organise to pick it up the following day. Would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with your professional approach. Your replacement of the loft hatch was completed carefully and I was impressed with the workmanship. The new insulation was well laid throughout the loft space despite the difficulty of access to some areas. You carried out the work with the minimum of noise and disturbance. The quote was competitively priced and offered good value for money. I liked the extra touches; bothering to phone when traffic made you ten minutes late and willingly calling back the next day with a loft hatch pole when you found that we didn’t have one. Thank you.

the service from the survey to the installation was first class & the team were so hardworking, friendly & polite.

They were here for over 12 hours & left when the job was finished.

The only issue i can find was that the loft itself after the work was done could have done with a really thorough sweep out & clean which i had to do the following day
