Access4lofts have done a great job boarding our loft and adding a light and ladder. They arrived on time and efficiently completed the work in one day. They’ve done a great job and we’re really pleased with the final result

The team carried out the work in just one day and were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, professional and extremely respectful of our new home. I was honestly expecting to come home from work to a lot of dust and mess, but I was amazed to find everything spotless — you wouldn’t have known they had been working up there!

The quality of the loft boarding is excellent and it has given us some much-needed extra storage space. The instructions on how to use the loft ladder were clear, and the team gave us a really helpful tour of what they had completed before they left.

So Kevin came around and did the initial measurements, very nice guy and explain process. On the fitting day Jude and one other arrived, worked all day in the loft, kept us abreast of how things where going and explained how to use the loft ladder secure and safely.

I have nothing but praise for the performance of Jude and the team at Access4Lofts. Everything was completed quickly and professionally – it was a mere matter of a few days between initial telephone contact, quoting for the work required, delivering a reasonable quotation, and actually arriving at my house to do the job. I am most pleased with the overall quality of the final insulation. It was a complex loft insulation job involving four separate loft areas, and the insulation of the loft hatches.

Jude is a very personable, polite and a conscientious worker. He arrived exactly on time, at 8.30 am, and completed the job at c. 2.30 pm, with only one break for coffee. He was happy to answer all my questions, send me photographs of the insulation work as he progressed, and cleaned up carefully on completion. I would certainly recommend Access4Lofts should I need their services in the future.

Once Arrived, introduced himself, started the job as requested. Took away the old loft ladder, installed the new loft ladder,

showed me how to use the loft ladder, let me have a go. Tidied up before going, my place was left clean, tidy and spotless as dust sheets were used. I was informed that I could contact the company if I have any further questions. I was happy with the work done and I would recommend the company to friends and family.

Communication throughout was excellent. They were on time, polite and hardworking. When we were surprised by having to get rid of the old wood ourselves they organise to pick it up the following day. Would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with your professional approach. Your replacement of the loft hatch was completed carefully and I was impressed with the workmanship. The new insulation was well laid throughout the loft space despite the difficulty of access to some areas. You carried out the work with the minimum of noise and disturbance. The quote was competitively priced and offered good value for money. I liked the extra touches; bothering to phone when traffic made you ten minutes late and willingly calling back the next day with a loft hatch pole when you found that we didn’t have one. Thank you.

the service from the survey to the installation was first class & the team were so hardworking, friendly & polite.

They were here for over 12 hours & left when the job was finished.

The only issue i can find was that the loft itself after the work was done could have done with a really thorough sweep out & clean which i had to do the following day
