Go a call on the day with an eta, and they arrived at the time stated, all rubbish was removed from the loft and cleared away, new insulation installed with no mess in approximately half a day, very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend Access4lofts to anyone needing there service.

I am thoroughly pleased with the installation that was completed by Tom over a two day period. The entire installation has been completed to an exceptional standard; the area is clean, tidy and fit for purpose in terms of both access and storage. Tom was punctual on both days and he provided clear explanations as he navigated the space and completed the work. Tom endeavoured to explain the different options available in terms of locating the hatch and the various options for the flooring and insulation. Tom was friendly, approachable and articulate, and his attention to detail was consistently applied to the job on both days. Tom clearly communicated the stages of the work to me throughout the entire job and he made the information easy to understand and answered any questions I had. Tom worked with focus and did what he said he was going to do. The outcome evidences his commitment to the job; the result is very impressive and my teenage son was even excited by the finished space. Thomas and Michael were friendly and worked hard to complete the work in the loft. Being in a wheelchair they readily worked around me. I have no carpet so the question above about dust sheets is not relevant, but they left everything clean and tidy when I left.

Tom did our boarding of the loft this week. He was very polite and explained what work he would be doing. The work undertaken is amazing and has given us so much room. Tom also explained how he covered our stop taps for our shower but explained how to remove the tile to get to the stop taps should we need them. He even cleaned up after himself. The lads turned up on time, and got straight to work. They protected my carpet by laying dust sheets and started straight away. They worked extremely hard to ensure no mess but cleaned up as they went along. We had to have a new hatch as ours was really small they enlarged the area to fit a new hatch and ladder. Again no mess we just need to touch up with a bit of paint but this is totally understandable, all in all I’m so grateful that after living here for 33 years we finally have a loft suitable for storage. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of doing the same.
