Very professional company. Answered the phone politely and took the required details. Jamie contacted me promptly and came out to give a quote to have my loft boarded out. The price was very reasonable and the whole process was very straightforward. When I had to rearrange the fitting date this was accommodated with no issues. As well as installing a new loft hatch cover Jamie cleared the loft for us which was very helpful . He respected the fact that the property is old and did a careful job so as to avoid damage to old walls etc. and also removed the old, heavy loft hatch cover. He was pleasant and polite so we would highly recommend his work .

Th new ladder installed makes me very happy to climb it I am bad with heights but with the new ladder I am happy to go up and down it this means I can access the loft myself. Arrived on time. Installed and replaced our existing loft ladder in no time. When installed demonstrated the safety release and locking features. Then ensured that we were able to do the same. Jamie was a personal person and i would certainly recommend him.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jamie did a great job, it’s so neat. He came on time, protected my carpets with dust sheets, fitted a new loft door, new ladders and a strip light. He was very efficient, cleaned up afterwards and really respected my place. Would definitely recommend.

Jamie has been fantastic from start to finish. I generally don’t have the best of experience with workmen but Jamie restored my faith.

Jamie listened to what my needs and priorities were. Gave me a full breakdown of work and fees. He offered advice going forward which was very appreciated. No pressure selling at all.

The work was carried out as agreed and in a timely manner. Jamie was careful to protect my carpets and soft furnishings throughout which again is very rare. Can’t recommend Jamie enough. Jamie provided the best service for us. he fitted our new extended loft hatch and boarded the loft. we had chosen a battery operated light to go in there. He upgraded us free of charge to an electric switch. Jamie’s work was very clean and tidy. He cleaned up after himself and talked us through how to use the new hatch and pole and how best to bring the ladders down.
