First class service from initial survey and quote to completion of installation of loft ladder, boards and shelves. I was previously unable to access the loft and now I have easy access and plenty of storage space.

Everything ran smoothly for me from enquiry to quote to Job – not a easy install due to small area to work in but persevered with no complaints and did a fantastic job, good communication throughout everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful – 1000% would recommend!!

The chap who did the work rang in good time to say when they were about a half hour away, dust sheets laid and they got straight on with it. Very easy to ise and a good finish.

Friendly work men, was early and works fast, very professional and explained what work he was going to do and also asked for preference where I would like the boards laid. Cleaned up after himself. He’s was here doing work for 5/6 hours and gave me a new hatch, boards, light with switch, also the fairest of pricing toi, even the custimer servuce on the phine were very polite and helpful and supportive.
