Great service as described and clearly explained what they did. The only thing I would rather they hadn’t done was leave the front door open for the morning as it made the house quite cold. I understand they were cutting parts but would have been good to close it between times.

An excellent job was done and they even removed my old water tank. It was left clean and tidy as if theyd never been here and got rid of all the extra rubbish that was in the loft. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very professional and know what theyre doing and also very nice people

The whole process with Nic at Access4Lofts was incredibly quick and painless, from the initial booking to receiving the quote and setting a date for the loft boarding. Nic was honest throughout and perfectly courteous.

His work was absolutely meticulous, and his instructions on how to access the new boarding were simple and effective. A testament to his professionalism, he ensured that my floors were completely spotless both during and after the work had been completed.

Your installer arrived 20minutes before the said time and immediately began his task by laying down dust sheets and at the same time informing us what he was going to do and in what order.He was very polite and extremely thankful for our offer of a drink.He was very tidy in his workings and showed me what he had done at every stage.At the end of installation he showed me how to lower the ladder down and secure the hatch and showing me at least 3 times to make sure I understood the operation.All in all it was an excellent and very clean installation having cleaned up indoors without hesitation.It was a good job done very professionally and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out in our loft space. It looks amazing! The joiner was very friendly and professional. He was at my property first thing in the morning, he layed dust sheets and got on with the job. He asked questions making sure he was doing everything to how I wanted and showed me how to use the loft ladder safely. He asked me to check the work, he tidied up and made sure I was happy with everything. I really couldn’t have asked for anything better. The work looks 10/10! An excellent service was provided by Access4Lofts. Nicolas gave us a very competitive price which was considerably lower than our previous quotes. A date was agreed for the work and Nicolas and his team arrived on time and set to work immediately. Our hall and staircase were protected by dust sheets and they also cleaned up afterwards. The new ladder and hatch were installed and the loft was completely bordered and insulated. As planned, the work lasted one day and we are delighted with the new loft which provided us with much more space to use. As a result, we can thoroughly recommend Access4Lofts

All good. The quote process was straightforward and transparent. No hard sale tactics. A fitting date was arranged to a timescale of my choosing and then the fitter turned up on time and completed the loft boarding in one day. The invoice was emailed that night and settled by return. A very professional and straight forward company to deal with which I found a refreshing change compared to the normal delays, bluster and excuses from most tradesman! The loft was levelled and boarded to the eaves to create a safe and usable craft workshop and storage space.
