Jonathan has a professional, clear thinking approach to the work to be done, yet is both friendly and approachable. From my first enquiry to the installation he provided a prompt and efficient service, carried out to a high standard. He explained the work required, suggested shelving which I hadn’t considered and provided a quotation within 12 hours. Installation was done within 3 weeks and would have been sooner, except I could not accommodate the first date suggested. The entire installation took less than 5 hours (average size 3 bedroom detached house) and on completion he demonstrated how to use the loft ladder, made sure I could operate the ladder and left me with written instructions. He was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the process. I was impressed by Jonathan’s expertise, delighted with the work carried and I would not hesitate to use him again if the need arose, nor to recommend him to others.

Jonathan yes we are delighted with your work. Upstairs is definitely warmer. But I wish the loft ladder was a bit more sturdier.

Jonathan is very easy to deal with, communicates clearly, does what he says he will. We had boards on stilts, 300mm of insulation, and a new ladder. All done very neatly, looks good and solid, with spotless cleanup. I appreciated that Jonathan gave me some options initially, we could have gone for a cheaper install, with less good insulation.

For years I hesitated about installing loft ladders. Too difficult. Too messy. Won’t fit our loft shape. How wrong was I!

Johnathan as soon as he arrived to give us a quote was so professional and personable.

After getting the quote the following day he confirmed he could carry out the works in 6 weeks (I can fully understand why he is so busy).

After confirming the works and quote, I requested a call back at short notice; if he could do the works earlier than the planned date (a lot of tradesman promise to get in touch if they have a cancellation however: one never hears from then again), luckily a week after we confirmed the April date, Jonathan had a cancellation 2 weeks later and called to ask if we wished to take the revised earlier date.

When Jonathan arrived, he carried out the loft works to an outstanding quality, his thoroughness, cleanliness and general attitude toward Customer focus is/was second to none.
