Alex was very professional and friendly, he explained all aspects of the installation and kept me informed of the progress he was making and he actively invited me to look at the frame work he had completed and the insulation he had reinstalled, before he layed down the flooring, the end result was first class, Alex replaced the loft hatch and ladders he showed and explained to me how they both worked. Alex then walked with me throughout the loft, the flooring was flat, solid when walking on it, Alex had done a brilliant job, thank-you

After receiving the quote & a full explanation of what works we’re going to be carried out Alex & Riley arrived as arranged & on time, they got straight on with the work & worked straight through. My loft is small with limited head height making the job tight to work in, we had the loft insulated & fully boarded out giving us space & safer access into the loft.

Alex explained any slight concerns to me, he finished the whole job in less than a day to our complete satisfaction, demonstrating the use of the loft hatch & ladder after use. We would definitely recommend Alex to anyone considering having works carried out in their loft.

Alex was very friendly and thorough throughout his work. Turned up on time with a great attitude and ready to go. He seemed very keen to do the job right and made sure to not cut any corners or skimp on materials. Gave some further recommendations on what could be done if wanted and left with no mess and we are happy with the results! All fully boarded and insulated ready for the coming months. Won’t need another loft done, but would absolutely use the service again.

Visited on time to inspect the area, showed me clips of what would need doing and what could be done. Explained all the service, what it would entail and an itemised bill of all the cost. Arranged a date for the work to be done which all went smoothly. Good price and paid using interest free finance which was easy to set up. Very Happy with my new loft space.

Listened to what we needed to make the most of our loft space; he explained everything and showed us pictures of previous work he had carried out. Once they arrived they worked hard throughout the day completing in the timeframe we was given (1 day) – once the work we completed they cleaned up and he showed us the completed work and explained how to get and put away the loft ladder correctly asking us if we were 100% happy before leaving. We are very happy from the 1st visit to completion of work and would happy to recommend to anyone who is looking for this to be done.
