We recently had our loft boarded by Petr and his son Lucas from Access4Lofts Solihull, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Everything they say on their website is spot on, especially about the no-pressure quoting. Petr came out to take a look, explained everything clearly, and gave us time to decide without any pushiness at all. It made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward.

I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. I explained what I wanted and Petr followed my instructions exactly. Before he completed the job, he asked me to try the new stairs to make sure I was happy. The communication was also very good; whether that be email, phone or text. Just 2 very small matters that Petr can fine tune going forward; (1) it wasn’t until a few days after, I realised, I had got items in the loft that my be larger than the new loft hatch! I have a mirror that may just squeeze out if the ladders are undone from the top.(2) My wife did notice saw dust on the drive when she came back from work so, Petr would have got 5+ if that was swept up. These are very minor and I would definitley recommend Petr to friends or family. Excellent!
