We’re very pleased with the work. During the initial quote, Grant was knowledgable, helpful and provided good advice. I liked that he came with a folder of photos to demonstrate the final product and information about the guarantee.

Communication was good in between quote and install, with a reminder of the booking in advance.

The installer was on time, professional and completed an excellent job. He tidied up well and talked me through the job once complete. He also took away all the waste materials which was appreciated.

Toby was prompt, his work clean and efficient. Toby showed how the hatch and ladder worked. He ensured we didn’t need to do anything, the ceiling was clean, new hatch and surround white and hoovered up when finished.
