I had asked for a more stable loft ladder, Nathan went through the different types and advised me which would be the best one for me and it wasn’t the most expensive one.

Very happy with the process, the lads got on with the job and did it very nicely to a good finish, only issue is the access is very tight to get in to due to the boards being raised, I wasn’t aware of this and if I knew I would have had the access made longer for easier access but I can manage for now.

I recently had a loft ladder installed and a repair done to my loft roof, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The guys were excellent, prompt and completed the work with top standard. There was a minor issue with one of the electrical wiring in the loft, which was dealt by the guys promptly and they had explained everything that had occurred, as well as resolving the issue to ensure they were able to compete the job swiftly.
