We requested to have boarding built in our loft to create a better space for our seasonal storage as well as a new loft door with ladder. Aaron and Kevin were very friendly and prompt in their response to our request and did a viewing to map out the quote. The quote was very reasonable and they had a quicker date to do the job which I agreed to.

We had a large heavy and old water tank in the loft that they were able to remove (as part of the quote) which was great!! Aaron and Charlie carried out the job over 2 days and were very informative of what they did to spec and taught us best practices on using the loft hatch and ladder.

It’s been 2 months since they did the job and we have managed to spread out our storage in the more usable space which meet our needs. Had to wait a bit to put the storage up there as we’ve had some heatwaves through spring/summer 2026. So far so good though. It gives me piece of mind of their guarantee of our new setup if we run into any problems, they will fix it.

Overall very pleased with the job, their attentiveness and kindness – exceptional service, we highly recommend!

From to first point of contact the team were professional, empathetic and delivered as promised. The quote was broken was itemised, the work took a day and a half as predicted and the house is so much warmer now. A great customer experience.

Good experience from the initial visit to quote through to the finished job. Professional, friendly and efficient. All went to timings quoted. Very happy with the new hatch and ladder.

Our small loft was in a poor state and was unusable. The door had a push up lock which had stuck. Kevin showed us a video and suggested the best solution for our needs, without trying to sell us a new door, and the quote was reasonable. His team removed all the debris, including two plastic water tanks which had been decommissioned. New insulation was laid and the loft partially boarded for storage. The current door was insulated and a new lock fitted. A light was also installed. His workers were polite, friendly and completed the work efficiently. It has made a significant improvement to the warmth of our house and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The team from Access4Lofts were excellent from first communication to final installation. During installation they realised that my loft hatch could be reused saving me money on the original quote….would highly recommend!
