The loft is great, the carpets were undamaged and even though we told them to cut the wood indoors as it was torrential the house was clean when I got home. I mean Im a house cleaner with high standards but they did a great job. 10/10 would have them again, unfortunately I only have one loft though and its done. Someone elses turn now!

I would highly recommend JBLofts for all your loft needs. Jack and Joe installed a loft ladder and replaced the hatch in not more than a couple of hours. They worked cleanly and efficiently and we are very pleased. They also offer boarding and shelving to make the most of your loft space 10/10

The whole process of dealing with Access4Lofts was very professional and totally hassle free, and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. I arranged for three quotes from similar companies to have a loft ladder fitted and full loft area boarding out.

Access4Lofts came in at the best price and seemed the most professional outfit. Plus there was the added peace of mind of their work being insured and guaranteed. I advised them that I was waiting on other quotes, which they were fine about. No hard sale tactics were employed either, which was very refreshing.

Could you please forward our thanks to the two lads who boarded the loft and fitted the new loft hatch and ladder. They were very understanding to my wife’s anxiety issues (following a serious accident) with regard to the problems that were involved with the possibility of not being able to carry out the initial specified works, due to the potential problem of hidden electrical wiring within the loft. They explained fully all the alternatives during the process without causing her any undue stress, whilst putting her mind at rest. Thankfully an agreeable solution was found, not dissimilar to the original quotation.

They are both a credit to the profession and are an asset to the company and should be acknowledged as such. They were polite, punctual, knowledgeable, considerate and very hard working young men. They only stopped for a well deserved bacon sandwich on day one (client initiated).

They explained the process, step by step and carried out the works with the minimum of disruption and inconvenience.
