Kursad is a recently approved installer for Access4Lofts and covers Wood Green, North London. He was prompt in responding to the initial query and arrived on time at the appointed time to give us a quote. The quote was very competitive and subsequently gave us two alternate dates to do the work based on his work schedule. He also informed us he would confirm the actual

date beforehand and turned up just before 8:00 am on the day. He and his son did the work, which was installing a timber balustrade around the loft hatch. The work was excellent and we are satisfied with his work. We would recommend him for loft related work.

We wanted a loft ladder and hatch replaced. Kursad arrived on time (in fact, early) and worked solidly for three hours to complete the job. He treated our home with care and respect, laying decorator sheets and hoovering thoroughly afterwards. The installation went smoothly, and the new ladder and hatch look great. I responded to an online flyer from access4lofts as I was interested in making my loft more useful for storage. I was contacted by Kursad, who came to my property, did the assessment and we agreed the work to be done and associated cost. He was very friendly and communicative all the way through, giving suggestions for options which made sense. As well as saving money on heating bills, we now have far more attic storage than expected, which is great.
