Where Lee differs from others is in the customer service he provides. He went above and beyond refitting our loft ladder to make it more easily accessible and also our front door that had dropped. I had a very positive experience with Lee from Access4Lofts. Lee carried out the initial loft survey and took the time to discuss my requirements in detail. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process.

What impressed me most was his honesty and expertise. After assessing the loft, Lee explained that I didn’t need as much work as I had originally thought, thanks to the shelving and boarding what would be installed, rather than recommending unnecessary extras, that suited my needs and budget.

Lee arrived for a loft ladder fitting quote appointment at exactly the agreed time and carried out an inspection of the proposed work. He then discussed the various options available to us, answered questions and took the various details away to prepare the quote. The quote arrived a day or two later with a video link of the product suggested. On the fitting day he arrived as planned, carried out the work and final demonstration to a good professional standard and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Lee, is very professional, communication relating to the booking and process was excellent. He used a door mat dust sheets and he cleaned up after we carried out the work. He did an excellent job enlarging our loft hatch, installing shelving in our loft and fitted a loft ladder. We have much easier access to our loft and lots of additional storage in our loft. I would highly recommend Lee if you need any work carrying out on your loft.
