We had a very old existing metal dangerous loft ladder , opening in the wrong direction. Attilia removed the old ladder and loft hatch, and inserted a lovely wooden new one , lift hatch and surround. From the initial contact to surveying the loft space, quoting a price and completing the work all was done in a timely fashion. Atilla was courteous, polite and friendly. Attila arrived bang on time when asked to provide a quote, which was immediately accepted, and on the day to carryout the total flooring of the loft in our new build home. Covering the whole floor are up to and around his work area we left him to his own devices to carry on his work, save offering him a couple of brews throughout the day. No mess and very little noise the whole job was completed by mid afternoon. Once complete Atilla gave us a thorough run through on how to operate the newly installed loft ladder and went through everything that the new loft space entailed. Once we declared our satisfaction we were given the lifetime guarantee certificate, what more can one ask for?

Just as Atilla was clearing up a neighbour came round to see the results of the work and immediately asked Atilla for a quote to have the loft done at their house and another neighbour has taken details so she can get a quote.

The following day we invited the site customer care guy to have a look at the work that was carried out and he took Atilla’s details so that he can pass them on to anyone who wants similar work done, he regularly gets asked about flooring the loft space.
