We had a very old existing metal dangerous loft ladder , opening in the wrong direction. Attilia removed the old ladder and loft hatch, and inserted a lovely wooden new one , lift hatch and surround. From the initial contact to surveying the loft space, quoting a price and completing the work all was done in a timely fashion. Atilla was courteous, polite and friendly. He explained everything about the process of increasing the loft hatch size, installing a ladder, insulating some areas, boarding the loft space and installing shelving too. He made sure I was confident with pulling the hatch down and using the ladders. He worked hard in extreme heat this week but didn’t complain.
