Visited property on time and kept me informed of progress during the installation and gave a video and demo of the loft ladders.

I was really impressed by the advice and service I received. We all live busy lives these days, juggling work and home, so it was a pleasure to work with Access4Lofts who arrive on time and do exactly what they say they’ll do to a high standard.

David and team were thoroughly professional throughout the work – everything was done quickly – and crucially exactly how they said it would be! Can’t recommend them enough – if I had another loft, I’d use them to board that too!

Chris who who came to carry out the work was very polite. Explained what he was going to do before starting the work. Once finished he showed us how to operate the ladders in full and recommend that watch the safety videos that had been previously sent to us. Chris even engaged with my 10 year Son regarding the Loft hatch which my Son loved.

The next morning we noticed a slight imperfection where the loft hatch frame was slightly off the ceiling on one corner. I emailed David with a picture and it was absolutely no issue for someone to return later that day to sort.

Great service and nothing was to much trouble.

The service was 5 stars. My fitter, Tim was friendly, professional and helpful. He even took out the old water tank as it fitted through the opening. I would certainly recommend this company.

David first came out to do the original assessment free of charge and was extremely informative on the options and even made recommendations that were not the most expensive but where most suitable for my home and circumstances. The sign of an excellent professional in my opinion!

After a very competitive quote cheaper than the local competition of similar standing, we were booked in only a week later to complete the work.

Tim the fitter, was punctual, friendly and extremely professional. Completing the work quickly to a very high standard and always happy to answer any questions or offer advice along the way.

Chris arrived at the arranged time, explain ed what he was going to do laid protective covers and cracked on with the job . At each stage he showed me where he was at and made sure I was happy with it. After he had completed fitting the new hatch, turned the access ladder and laid the loft insulation he showed me the end job and made sure I was happy. He then cleaned up and removed any debris. All in all a very professional job carried out by a competent friendly installer. Thanks again to Chris and David ,we will be using them again. Highly recommended.

I can’t praise Dave and his team highly enough. They fitted loft insulation/flooring and installed an access hatch and ladder to my property. The work was scheduled for 1.5 days but the team worked diligently and completed everything in just one day. They arrived promptly and kept me informed of their progress throughout.

The completed work was finished to a very high standard and the work area was left clean and tidy. Dave had visited my property beforehand to carry out an assessment of the area involved and explained the installation options available to me. Would definitely recommend Dave and his team.

David was fantastic, really quick to respond to my enquiry, he came round and gave a quote, explained and gave advice on our particular job. We were able to get booked in within 2 weeks of receiving the quote and they were swift with the job when they were here. The team were super helpful and helped us remove items in the loft that were left by a previous owner and we had trouble removing. 10/10!!

The access ladder to the loft is now in place and is very sturdy and a bonus and it is GUARANTEED FOR LIFE and it didnt cost a fortune!!
