From my first contact with Ryan through to completion, I cannot fault him and his team. Ryan came round and discussed what I was looking to achieve and the different options available and provided a comprehensive quote. He was very accommodating when I needed to make some changes, and it was very reassuring being able to chat through. I received a reminder text the day before the scheduled work date and on the day the team turned up as expected. They couldn’t have been nicer, were very considerate and went through the brief before they started. They were also flexible when at the last minute we decided to enlarge the loft which then meant they had to build a new hatch surround. The quality of the workmanship is 100% and I now have a beautifully boarded loft, new drop down loft hatch and a ladder that now works!!!! And they tidied up brilliantly afterwards. Extremely professional. I am so pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.

I’m really pleased with the work carried out in my loft. The team boarded the floor and panelled the roof with plasterboard to a very high standard. They were professional, polite, tidy, and worked efficiently throughout. They also took great care to protect my home, laying dust sheets downstairs and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.

The loft now feels so much more usable, and the overall finish is excellent. From start to finish, the service was faultless. I’m delighted with the result and would highly recommend them.

Hello I wanted to say that we were extremely impressed with the service that you provided all the way from communicating via phone, initial quotation visit and the work itself. Thank you for providing such a professional , friendly and responsive service. In the interests of providing useful feedback, there are two things which I think could be improved. Firstly, the ladder where it was cut to be shortened, has been left somewhat rough. This would be less of a problem, but it happens to be where we pull the ladder down from as it is on the base of the ladder.So we notice it whenever putting down. The second thing is the trim around the opening. I had not considered it at the time but we would have preferred this trim to match our door frames.The trim used is a kind of Victorian skirting design, but our 1960s house has all square skirting and door frames.So I would recommend offering people a choice of trim in the future. Job was to increase size of access to roof space, install loft ladder and insulate/board roof space. Work done on agreed date and time to a very high standard.

Ryan and his colleague are punctual and friendly. The job, the whole team were professional, polite, considerate and made everything felt very easy.

Communication throughout was excellent and they are available to answer any questions. They finished 1.5 day as I have included bigger hatch extended. Able to guide us through the 3 section ladder and happy with the safe walk way and finally we could walk up the loft. The colleague Hin cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
