Access4Lofts are clearly a professional outfit. They arrived on the appointed day and the work was completed with a minimum of fuss. The workings of the hatch and ladder were explained carefully, and while we have not actually used them yet, we are confident that we will be very happy with the final product. The hatch is also very much smarter than what we had previously. The re-assurance of a follow-up should any difficulties arise was most welcome.

Very pleased with the excellent work carried out, loft boarded and ladder installed in one day. All done and rubbish cleared and area left tidy once the work had been completed.

Absolutely delighted with the installation of our new loft insulation and raised boarding. The team removed all the old insulation, fitted raised boarding throughout, enlarged the loft hatch, and installed a bespoke wooden ladder.

The guys were really friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard all day with minimal noise and virtually no inconvenience to us. I was genuinely amazed they managed to complete the entire transformation in just one day.

Everything was cleared away afterwards and the house was left spotless. Really impressed with both the workmanship and the service — highly recommended!

I cannot tell about the work, time will tell, but the whole experience was smooth. All questions were answered, on time for appointments, got a quote promptly, the works took place soon after quote acceptance, the disruption was minimal, the result impressive and everything was left clean and tidy. They gave me lot of confidence and peace of mind about their work. Very polite and professional.

The only thing that I would look for in the future would be to provide coloured hatches and other ladder options, even if they came at an extra cost.

Very impressed with the service from start to finish. The installation was done without fuss over 2 days and at the end of each day the house was left spotless. The final result was exactly what we wanted and a more practical fully boarded loft to use for storage complete with a loft ladder.

From my first contact with Ryan through to completion, I cannot fault him and his team. Ryan came round and discussed what I was looking to achieve and the different options available and provided a comprehensive quote. He was very accommodating when I needed to make some changes, and it was very reassuring being able to chat through. I received a reminder text the day before the scheduled work date and on the day the team turned up as expected. They couldn’t have been nicer, were very considerate and went through the brief before they started. They were also flexible when at the last minute we decided to enlarge the loft which then meant they had to build a new hatch surround. The quality of the workmanship is 100% and I now have a beautifully boarded loft, new drop down loft hatch and a ladder that now works!!!! And they tidied up brilliantly afterwards. I’m really pleased with the work carried out in my loft. The team boarded the floor and panelled the roof with plasterboard to a very high standard. They were professional, polite, tidy, and worked efficiently throughout. They also took great care to protect my home, laying dust sheets downstairs and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Hello I wanted to say that we were extremely impressed with the service that you provided all the way from communicating via phone, initial quotation visit and the work itself. Thank you for providing such a professional , friendly and responsive service. In the interests of providing useful feedback, there are two things which I think could be improved. Firstly, the ladder where it was cut to be shortened, has been left somewhat rough. This would be less of a problem, but it happens to be where we pull the ladder down from as it is on the base of the ladder.So we notice it whenever putting down. The second thing is the trim around the opening. I had not considered it at the time but we would have preferred this trim to match our door frames.The trim used is a kind of Victorian skirting design, but our 1960s house has all square skirting and door frames.So I would recommend offering people a choice of trim in the future. We are very pleased with our new deep loft insulation (300mm) and ‘floating’ platform for storage. Angel gave us a fully itemised quote, which came with the reassurance of a ‘Total Fitted Price’ guarantee. They kept us fully informed and were quickly responsive to our emails. Kit and Ming fitted the insulation, new flooring and loft ladder. They were punctual, efficient and professional from protecting our carpets to vacuuming up at the end. The work was completed in one day, as promised. It has made an amazing difference to the utility of the loft as well as helping to keep the house warm.
