I cannot tell about the work, time will tell, but the whole experience was smooth. All questions were answered, on time for appointments, got a quote promptly, the works took place soon after quote acceptance, the disruption was minimal, the result impressive and everything was left clean and tidy. They gave me lot of confidence and peace of mind about their work. Very polite and professional.

The only thing that I would look for in the future would be to provide coloured hatches and other ladder options, even if they came at an extra cost.

Very impressed with the service from start to finish. The installation was done without fuss over 2 days and at the end of each day the house was left spotless. The final result was exactly what we wanted and a more practical fully boarded loft to use for storage complete with a loft ladder.

From my first contact with Ryan through to completion, I cannot fault him and his team. Ryan came round and discussed what I was looking to achieve and the different options available and provided a comprehensive quote. He was very accommodating when I needed to make some changes, and it was very reassuring being able to chat through. I’m really pleased with the work carried out in my loft. The team boarded the floor and panelled the roof with plasterboard to a very high standard. They were professional, polite, tidy, and worked efficiently throughout. They also took great care to protect my home, laying dust sheets downstairs and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Hello I wanted to say that we were extremely impressed with the service that you provided all the way from communicating via phone, initial quotation visit and the work itself. Thank you for providing such a professional , friendly and responsive service. In the interests of providing useful feedback, there are two things which I think could be improved. Firstly, the ladder where it was cut to be shortened, has been left somewhat rough. This would be less of a problem, but it happens to be where we pull the ladder down from as it is on the base of the ladder.So we notice it whenever putting down. The second thing is the trim around the opening. I had not considered it at the time but we would have preferred this trim to match our door frames.The trim used is a kind of Victorian skirting design, but our 1960s house has all square skirting and door frames.So I would recommend offering people a choice of trim in the future. We are very pleased with our new deep loft insulation (300mm) and ‘floating’ platform for storage. Angel gave us a fully itemised quote, which came with the reassurance of a ‘Total Fitted Price’ guarantee. They kept us fully informed and were quickly responsive to our emails. Kit and Ming fitted the insulation, new flooring and loft ladder. They were punctual, efficient and professional from protecting our carpets to vacuuming up at the end. The work was completed in one day, as promised. It has made an amazing difference to the utility of the loft as well as helping to keep the house warm.

Excellent work – completed well within the timescale and delivered exactly what was promised.

I liked the overall work. It has added a loft of loft space for us and made our lives easier.

However, I think there are still some areas with room for improvements.

1. Noise handling. Sometimes, we could hear bits falling down by force. This is a bit worrying. Could be done with some care. Might be related to the bathroom light hanging out

2. Ladder seems a bit flimsy. Even though the quoted one is fitted. I wish I had researched a bit more about the ladder. It has limited height settings as well which isn’t ideal.

3. I am glad that the issue with ladder height was immediately sorted next day

4. Glad that the team helped out clearing the loft with the last remaining bits before starting work

5. Having a manual for the ladder would have been handy. I assume a new ladder was fitted

I was really impressed with Ryan. He was punctual, tidy, made sure the carpet on the way to the loft was well covered and did an amazing job. I had assumed my loft would be a 2 or 3 day job but he completed in one day to a really high standard!
