We had a new hatch and ladder installed and the loft boarded out.Josh arrived on time to give me a quote, he explained how the work would be carried out.On the day of installation which just happened to be the hottest day of the year Jason and Nathan arrived on time, My house is over 100 years old, the loft is a place you dont want to be in with 100 years of dust and the heat on that day.The 2 lads done a great tidy job and transformed my loft into a much nicer place. I have two large lofts requiring an installation upgrade and new boarding for storage. The team arrived on time, respected my house and worked very hard all day. They were neat and tidy, clearing up their work area as they went along. Team of 3 arrived bang on 8am, checked and covered the area, and set about their work with minimal fuss. Despite the cold, any cutting of wood was done outside to minimise any dust. Worked through to job completion without any questions of us, so were obviously well prepared and knew the requirements fully. 1st we heard was when they had cleaned up and loaded all the tools back in the van, telling us they had finished and then giving us a full demonstration of access and inspection of completed job. Which is superb !

Very happy with the end result. I can now use the loft space for storage and also I have noticed the extra warmth after the insulation has been fitted.

Your team carried out boarding the loft space unobtrusively and professionally all within the stated time scale. The loft space was left clean and tidy and created a much welcome useable space. Both men were polite, well presented and hopefully enjoyed the occasional cups of tea provided.

Brilliant company, great service. Our loft fitters were David and Dan. They were both excellent.

The initial inspection/survey was easy to arrange and carried out quickly. A date was arranged and the day before we received a confirmation text to say the loft would be insulated with a top up, boarded and the hatch and ladder fitted the next day. The fitting team arrived on time and were ready to go as soon as they arrived. The team members were polite and very efficient and worked hard while they were here. When the job was completed they showed us the installation work and they explained how to access the new space and use the loft hatch and ladder. They were very tidy and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The whole job only took half a day – including removing the old water tank in the loft – (I still can’t believe that they did it so quickly!) and they did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased.
