Very pleased with service and the work that was done. Our initial visit to inspect the loft was done the day after I made enquiries. The work was done within 2 weeks. John who did the work was very professional and polite, kept disruption to a minimum and cleaned everything afterwards. John gave a full demonstration of how to use the equipment and answered any questions in full. The light that he brought with him had a manufacturing fault, so John returned in his own time on his way home from another job later the same day, to install the light so that we did not have to

I needed storage space quickly and the loft survey, quote and installation were completed within a couple of weeks. The price was affordable and I was also able to take advantage of the 0% finance option for the balance. The loft flooring has given me much-needed space in my home. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process, especially Phil who did the survey and Andy who carried out the installation, was polite, friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable way.

Met John today who was a genuinely lovely chap and who made the whole experience easy. He worked wonders on my loft, was impressively clean and tidy (you’d hardly know he’d been here), and somehow managed to be both meticulous and super speedy.

A couple of cups of tea seemed to power the whole operation, and before I knew it we had a brilliant new ladder and loads of storage space. Couldn’t be happier – would recommend him in a heartbeat..

He introduced himself at first as we had dealt with Des from the beginning and Gino explained everything he was going to do in the morning and if I was unsure to ask him. He explained everything at the end and showed me how to use the ladder properly and safely.

Andy was very professional and the work was carried out was of a very high standard. This is 2nd time I have used Access 4 Lofts due to moving, and are the only company I thought of when I needed work doing in the loft for my new home.

Chris arrived on time. He carried out the work professionally and showed me how to use the loft ladder. He answered any questions I had.

There was an issue when he smashed my hallway lamp shade when carrying the loft boards up the stairs, however he allowed us time to find a replacement online, he ordered it and will be back to fit it.

Andy was very professional and the work was carried out was of a very high standard. This is 2nd time I have used Access 4 Lofts due to moving, and are the only company I thought of when I needed work doing in the loft for my new home.

From free survey, to quote and installation I have been very pleased with this company. We had top up loft insulation fitted and our drafty loft hatch insulated. We received good advice and all our questions were answered which gave us confidence when choosing this installer. Chris who completed the work was great, very professional, polite and efficient.
